At times, families may have questions that cannot be answered through the Death Investigation Oversight Council’s complaint process, or they have concerns that do not fall within DIOC’s jurisdiction. In those instances, the DIOC Secretariat and/or the Complaints Committee may direct those matters to other organizations or agencies.
